Who we are
This website is operated by Bridgemead Finance. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect:
- your first and last name, email address and telephone number
- your company name and Companies House registration number
- the amount and purpose of the funding, when you need it, approximate annual turnover and how long the business has been trading
- any message you choose to send
- whether you accepted our terms and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails
- technical information such as the date and time of your enquiry, the page you came from and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse
If you give us a Companies House number or search for your company, we look up publicly available information about the company from Companies House, such as its registered address, status and incorporation date.
If you accept marketing cookies, we also record which advert, website or campaign brought you to our site.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
We only share your information where necessary:
- Lenders and funders that we introduce you to, when you ask us to proceed. They will explain how they use your information, including credit checks.
- Service providers that help us run this website and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics), Resend (sending enquiry emails) and Companies House (company lookups). They act on our instructions.
- Regulators, law enforcement or professional advisers where required by law.
We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it if you do not go ahead, and for as long as required by law and regulation if you do. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as you remain on our mailing list.
Your rights
